Here are a few details to keep in mind regarding our Policies and Payments.

  • A credit card is required to secure your reservation, and all major cards are accepted.
  • Steam/shower use is complimentary with treatments of 60 minutes or longer. Please arrive early to steam so your appointment may start on time. We hope you’ll understand we cannot extend your time if you arrive late, as this will inconvenience other clientele scheduled after you.
  • Gratuities are customary, at your discretion, except for groups and packages (please see details in our Parties & Packages brochure).
  • We extend a 5% discount when four or more services of sixty minutes or more are scheduled at the same time.
  • All services are always 10% off to cancer survivors.
  • For your comfort, please shower before all treatments, and avoid shaving one day prior to body scrubs.
  • Rest and avoid vigorous activity for at least one hour after treatments, and drink plenty of water before and after any therapies.
  • In-room and off-site treatments are available at a charge of $25, plus a minimum $15 mileage fee when applicable.
  • Spa Attire – We provide robes, slippers and towels. Please wear whatever is comfortable for you! Our professional therapists are well trained to ensure your comfort and privacy at all times. You will need a swimsuit for the outside pool or Jacuzzi
  • Changes and Cancellations – Please note that our therapist(s) has/have set aside this time just for you, and will be paid whether you are here for your appointment or not. Therefore, we know you will respect their time and understand our 24-hour cancellation policy (48 hours for multiple services; 72 hours for groups of 3 or more persons). Changes or cancellations with less than the required notice will be charged at the full rate.
  • Hours of Operation – By appointment only.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
