Retreat to this beautiful

island with me! 

 

Make your way to Denpasar International Airport and I'll do the rest:

Our first 2 nights we'll stay at a lovely villa at the beach.

    Less than an hour's drive from the airport takes us 

to a small town where we can rejuvenate after our long journey with an exploration of the shore, each at our own pace. There are cafes, bars and restaurants all within walking distance, as well as shops and spas.

   The next day, join me for yoga and an open-air meal, with more time on your own to ponder the beauty (like a sunrise, shown below).

   The following day we’ll depart for the Tabanan region, 90+ minutes’ travel by car, through breathtaking scenery.

   We'll spend 4 nights in the mountains at the Bali Silent Retreat, including three sumptuous, healthy meals and yoga and meditation each day.

   A short walk takes you to a tiny hamlet where you can talk and laugh to your heart’s content, but within the grounds we are silent. We can walk to the hamlet for an optional cooking class one day and meet the local folks and critters! 

   Each morning, BSR offers a ten-minute open-air bus ride to a wonderfully rustic, natural hot springs on a cool river.
